DJ Food started as an offshoot of Coldcut, and brought in two additional members. Then it whittled down to just Strictly Kev. The output has been phenomenal for the world of trip hop and breaks. The "Jazz Breaks" and "Refried Food" albums should be in everyone's collection. I could have made this mix much, much longer. I decided to go with just my favorites instead of a full retrospective across multiple mixes.
