It's a little bit weird how much crap I get for liking Muslimgauze. They have some good songs and not as dark as all that
ReplyDeleteI completely understand, I feel the same. His music is immensely beautiful and he had a staggering output in a short time. The politics at the time, and still happening now are divisive, yet he gave voice to the downtrodden and underserved. I can separate the message from the music, and also appreciate the aggression that fueled his passion.
