The next eight mixes are all my vinyl rips. Expect all the cracks and pops and nostalgia that comes from this format. I've not made any effort to EQ or clean up the tracks in post so that this retains all that natural charm as when I play these slices of vinyl at home.
I buy a lot of vinyl, either albums I love so much I want them in this format or albums/EPs that are rare and scarce on Spotify, YouTube or the blogosphere. There are several tracks in these collections that have never been re-released on CD or digitally, though most of them have been. Also, there are a couple tracks from the same album, usually a compilation like BSI Docking Sequence or the Minutemen Tribute "Our Band Could Be Your Life," mostly because those comps are amazing and I couldn't limit myself to just one song.
